My name is Anuj Kumar Agrawal. I am an International Yoga Teacher certified by the Yoga Certification Board, India and am a member of Indian Yoga Association. I teach integral yoga for holistic health for the last 10 years and am inspired by the Satyananda Yoga Tradition.
We are a small team of like-minded yoga teachers and are in the process of expansion. We conduct yoga workshops and personal yoga classes (1:1) for lifestyle health concerns and mental wellness.

He is a very patient yogacharya , never hurrying or forcing anything on us. He likes to do things step by step understanding the concerns and the mindset of the person.
